- PITO-PITO is a Cebuano local name to a tiny and unstationary creature on waterponds (as its habitation)...very quick and always mobile that just mere watching it moves TIRES your eyes no end....A Homeroom Adviser called me PITO-PITO when I was an elementary grader, as I transfer untiringly from one student desk to another, making my girl-classmates cry - a daring and innocent invitation to her following and disciplining eyes to tire and IRE.
