ATTENDANCE FROM A DISTANCE

DISTANCE indeed, makes the HEART grow FONDER.

This long-standing adage holds TRUE to some of our beloved batchmates who, because they have migrated abroad can't afford to leave their respective families outright or they had to leave the country for professional updating and for other reasons, had to "give 'US' a ring" while in the middle of the festivities in the hope of capturing even a chunk of OUR merriment and savor it for their own....

RENATO CAYON and the ever-active, jolly and sentimental PAMELA NAZARENO called up several times. This is enough to say how ATTACHED these people are to the Batch and to the school in general....

While we want to keep the virtue of MODESTY here, we can't help but acknowledge with gratitude a number of our Batchmates who, in the midst of global economic crisis (others call it global economic meltdown), even in their absence willingly supported the activity with their well-kept resources...
