THE INVITATION

Seated from left: ROSALINDA PRINCESA, MARICRES LAGARE and ALMA COLUBIO
standing: FELIX SARENO

These tireless girls (reads LADIES) are the spirit and soul that animate Batch '87 to active participation in all SMA alumni gathering. How else does this trio do that? HOUSE to HOUSE invitation, that is!

Although Pamela Nazareno comes to mind in this kind of endeavor (kay basta daghan naa sa Oslob nagbakasyon among batchmates, mag.reunion dayon mi. Magsuroy dayon ni sila sa among mga balay), but she's now happily living in Singapore with her family.

These
THREE CHAMPS champ their way to our homes. With these beautiful (reads alluring) and endearing faces, WHO can refuse?

In addition, they are the ones that contact our batchmates who are out of the country either because of employment or have migrated. They too, do the hardest and "face-thickening" part: the SOLICITATIONS!

And you just can't imagine how resourceful these 'girls' are, until you get a free polo shirt, a sumptuous lunch and a lawn dinner (courtesy of Joel Pros) on the day of the Grand Alumni Homecoming.... KUDOS to you THREE LADIES!

The Batch would definitely NOT forget the others who are equally responsible as having been assigned to do the INVITATION in the places the reside, like Manuel Figues of Caceres whose 'duty' included the neighboring barangays... and to others I missed mentioning!

To MARICRES, ALMA and ROSALINDA... our MANY THANKS!
