It has been raining hard since Monday. In fact, our classes were disrupted by flood yesterday. The rain came very heavy early in the morning without discounting the small continuous ones the night before. Until mid-morning, just in time with the high tide sea water, the flood was almost knee-deep. The moving from the HED department to the main school was through the "sikad".

My coming back here to iloilo more than a week ago was no different. I was soaking wet with the heavy rainfall that made me almost decide several times to postpone my trip back....
